About This Work
This image was made in the courtyard of a castle in Lisbon. You guessed that, right? Didn't think so. Somewhere in this picture is a drain, taking all of the mud from the courtyard. All I did was re-map the colors. Actually, I also did the most important thing... I saw it. Probably a hundred people walked by this scene that day and didn't even look down. The key as a photographer is to always be aware of your surroundings, down to the smallest detail. It's amazing the art you can find in the most unlikely places. By the way, I'll never show the original and ruin the magic. MATERIALS: Giclée printed on Hahnemühle Matt Fine Art Photo Rag 308 gsm 100% paper which features a smooth matte finish, 100% cotton and is archival quality and acid free. Quoted dimensions are for the paper. The image is printed with a 1 inch white border for ease of framing. The print is signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity. I believe that matting and framing should be done by a local framer since this will allow a much greater selection and will provide the opportunity to view the print with the chosen mat and frame. SHIPPING: Prints are wrapped in acid free tissue and bubble wrap to be shipped in a sturdy art tube.
