Can I ask an artist a question about their work?

Yes. You can ask an artist questions about a specific work (or even broader questions about their story, process and style if you wish). In fact, we encourage it. We want you to have all the information you need before you make your purchase.

On every artwork detail page on Zatista there is an ”Ask Artist a Question” button. Simply click the button, and proceed to ask the artist a question. You will then receive a reply from the artist in your Account section (messages) as well as receiving a notification via e-mail. If you would prefer us to ask the artist a question, or have any other questions about a potential work, please write to us at [email protected].
