Mediums: Digital
Digital art refers to images that are created in digital format on a computer. Digital art can range from a drawing created completely on the computer to original photographs that are combined with graphic images.
In terms of producing digital works, it is important to note that the work created does not have to be produced solely on paper. Digital artists blend imagery with unique support media such as aluminum or cloth to add texture and dimension to the work.
One of the most exciting aspects of digital art is the nature of the computer as a tool that allows artists to explore subjects and emotions in ways that are not easily done with more “physical” media.
